Internet bandwidth
Managed Internet connectivity
Vancis BV utilizes the high-end facilities of the SARA datacenters in Amsterdam and Almere, and can therefore provide state-of-the-art facilities.
The Vancis datacenter in Amsterdam is one of the locations of the Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX), one of the largest Internet exchanges in the world. As a consequence, there are many suppliers of Internet connectivity and additional services.
Vancis BV has a 10 Gbps connection with AMS-IX and provides Internet capacity via two different carriers for redundant worldwide Internet connectivity. Vancis can supply bandwidths up to multiple Gbps via SARA.
Organizations can use guaranteed bandwidth, ranging from a few Mbps to multiple Gbps. During peaks it is possible to burst, in order to avoid reduced performance. On request, Vancis can take over the management of the equipment, and offer a complete managed solution for routers, switches and firewalls.
The Internet access is realized by a physical connection of the equipment with the Vancis network. The availability of this service is 99,9% on an annual basis.
